Ban Ki-moon should also say "sorry" to the people of Sindh and Balochistan

The moment Balochistan Chief Minister Dr. Malik was announcing the talks with Baloch insurgent in a Pakistan Independence Day Celebration, the armed forces of Pakistan were bombing the houses of Baloch activists in Turbat district of Balochistan causing murder of the two Baloch leaders. It seems that negotiations between Baloch freedom fighters and Pakistan would not be initiated as Pakistan has repeated its old practice of deception by apparently showing intention for peace talks and violating the confidence building measures simultaneously by unleashing violent initiatives. Such practices have been already a history of Pakistani establishment Bangaldesh and Balochistan (1971) and Sindh (1990s), as well as with neighboring country India during Kargil war (1998). Besides, bombarding civilian's houses in its own country especially during the visit of United Nation's Secretory General Ban ki-moon, Pakistani trigger happy security establishment is giving a message to oppressed and victimized people of Sindh and Balochistan that Pakistani security establishment is strong enough that it does not care about the human rights of Sindhi and Baloch at all. The Pakistani newspapers have quoted UN Secretory General as saying "sorry" for the drone attacks that violate the Pakistan sovereignty. The bombardment on a civilian political leaders' household during his Excellency's presence in Pakistan, UN Secretory General should also say "sorry" to people of Sindh and Balochistan for being unable to protect their human rights guaranteed through various UN legal instruments as well as the constitution of Pakistan itself.
