Four years after the murder of Dr Imran Farooq, detectives investigating the case are appealing for anyone with information to come forward. The appeal by Scotland Yard states that to date they have spoke to 4,466 people, reviewed 7,401 documents, followed up 2,379 lines of inquiry and seized 3,900 exhibits in order to bring the killers of Dr Imran to justice. Dr Farooq was on his way home from work when he was attacked outside his home in Green Lane, Edgware, London, shortly before 17:30hrs on Thursday 16 September 2010. Read news in daily The News
