The notorious Pir behaves like a pagon

The notorious state supported and sponsored religious family of "Bharchoondi" Ghotki district near Pano Aqil has tortured a peasant named Rahmatullah by filling the chilly powder in his wounds of his body and put a thread-rope in his nostrils similar to pagons do with bears.
