Chief Secretary Sindh, violating ban by the Sindh High Court, issued 23 acres forest land of Thatta and Badin districts to some companies including Engro Development Form, Masers Badin and other. The lawyers of the petition filed by local politicians and parliamentarians, Shirazi Brothers, have said to the apex court that the land has been transferred against the court orders under the supervision of police and state agencies.
