Sindh observed a complete vehicular and shutter-down strike on July 22 against the attempts by federation to alter the demography of Sindh so that indigenous Sindhi majority of the historical land may be converted into minority. The strike call was given by Save Sindh Committee, an umbrella alliance of Sindhi nationalists.
