"Give us money or don't expect rescue operations in Sindh" Pakistan Army refuses to carry rescue operation in Sindh during possible floods in 2013

Pakistan Army has refused to carry any rescue operation in Sindh giving the excuse that Sindh Government has not released the money to the army for their rescue operations in the last flood. Rights and Movements has learned that the amount includes Pakistan Army's engaged personal's services cast, charges of utilization of life saving boats and helicopters as well as their fuel and maintenance   By refusing, Pakistan Army has proved its being a alien occupier army and its in-human behavior to the people of Sindh.
