The Chief Secretary of Sindh has asked provincial administration to negotiate with the growers and peasants who are giving sit-in on highways and blocking railway tracks over the water shortage in Sindh. During April 2013, thousands of growers and peasants are on the protest across the province against water theft from Indus river by the Punjab province.
