A Prime Minister would be disqualified if he talks against apex court of Pakistan Army

Justice Jawad S. Khuwaja, incharge Chief Justice of Supreme Court of Pakistan in the absence of CJP, has said in its remarks in the case of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif that the ruler who talks against the Apex Court or Pakistan would stand disqualified for the high position of the government.
