Liyari Friends or Friends of Liyari, a forum for the rights of oldest Karachi vicinity Liyari town has said that three young men of the area of the area have been extra-judicially killed by Pakistan Rangers. Acording to the statement of forum these three persons were arrested by the Rangers alive and later on were killed.
