The government has decided to add target killing, extortion and kidnapping for ransom to the Anti-Terrorism Act 1997, Express News reported. In inquiry committee will be formed to investigate these terrible crimes. It will comprise of not only the military but also civil armed forces and intelligence agencies’ officers.
