It seems Armed Forces "don't want to run the state" : Chief Justice of Pakistan

Chief Justice of Pakistan, Justice Iftekhar Chaudhry has rejected the report of the Frontier Constabulary (FC) regarding the disappeared persons. Frontier Constabulary is a second tier armed force under the command of a General of Pakistan Army.
