Although there is flood in Pakistan, particularly in Sindh, these day; however many parts of Sindh are still being deprived of the irrigation water causing severe damages to the rice crops. Amid such a high flood, the water shortage for the agriculture in Sindh seems to be artificial and is aimed to damage the agriculture economy of Sindh. In a bid against the situation, hundreds of peasants and growers of Bhan Saeedabad town of district Dadu as well a large number of growers in Sujawal town of district Thatta protested yesterday against the water shortage in the area.
