Hundreds of thousand landless peasants are living life bellow poverty line in Sindh, Balochistan and Siraki belt of South Punjab. The Government of Pakistan as well as provincial governments have done nothing special in that regard, however the top military brass and commissioned officers of Pakistan Army, Pakistan Air Force and Pakistan Navy are being issued the agriculture land on the rate of 45 rupees per acre in the category of "landless peasants." Hundreds of thousands acres agriculture land have been leased out so far to the top brass and officials of armed forces in Pakistan in Sindh during last 65 years of Pakistan in the category of landless peasants. The Pakistan government in 1980s leased out land against 7 rupees per acre to the military generals, air martial, naval commandants and colonels in Sindh.
