The authorities in Sindh has indicated that a second high flood flow of 400000 cusecs of flood water will cross through today from the Guddu Barrage. A flow of the equivalent quantity crossed Guddu and Sukkur barrages late last weak inundating thousands of villages in the province has caused a large number of human displacement. The more flood flow would mean the more destruction and displacement.
