Involved army officials would be booked if disappeared are not freed: Supreme Court of Pakistan

The Supreme Court of Pakistan has said that a lot has been come to public knowledge about the happenings in Balochistan. In a case against enforced disappearances, Justice Jawad Khuwaja has give his remarks that role of some officials in Pakistan Army has caused much damage for the institution. He said that involuntary disappearances as well as extra-judicial murders of the activists (by the security agencies) has given a feeling that Pakistan Army is emotionless about its own countrymen. He said that the cases would be lodged against involved army officials in the court if the disappeared persons are not free. Read details in Sindh Awami Awaz
