Pakistan People Party (PPP) leader and ex-Pakistan President Asif Ali Zardari and PPP Chairperson Bilawal Bhutto held a meeting with Sindh Cabinet. In the meeting, Asif Zardari instructed Sindh Government to declare Tharparkat a drought hit area, provide free wheat and initiate immediate health facilities over there. He also asked government of Sindh to immediately provide amours to the Sindh Police. It was also decided in the meeting that like Thar Development Authority, A Kohistan (Mountainous parts of Sindh) Development Authority would also be established.
