The cuts and infrastructure wreckages in the Left Bank
Outfall Drain (LBOD) have not been repaired; therefore hazards have been
created for the human settlement living nearby the LBOD, particularly LBOD
Stage I in district Badin. The coastal villages of Badin districts are agriculturally
destroyed due to the faults in the Drain design. LBOD was designed and
constructed during General Zia regime to drain out Industrial waste of Punjab
