Lyari urban warfare: Human settlements bombed by para-military forces, residents retaliated with automated rifles, 6 killed, 30 injured, many flee the area, thousands held protest

At least six has been killed and thirty injured from the both side in the Liyari town of Karachi in the ongoing military operation in the Baloch and Sindhi majority town of the city. Those who murdered and injured included residents as well as Pakistan Rangers. It was also reported that hand garnets and rockets were propelled on the settlements by the Pakistan Rangers. The residents retaliated with  the automated weapons by counter attacks on Pakistan Rangers, a military unit of Pakistan. Due to the curfew in the area since last three days, the ration of the residents have ended. This has caused outflow of a large number of the residents that flee the area yesterday. On the other hand, thousands of Baloch as well as Kachhi Sindh men and women took to the streets of Karachi in protest against the military operation.
