Hundreds of thousands poured into streets of Sindh on the Sindh Ekta Day against murder of Sindhi nationalists, demand United Nations intervention against ethnic cleansing

Hundreds of thousands Sindhis took to the streets of Sindh in almost all cities, town and villages and protested on the annual 'Sindh Ekta (unity) Day' on December 7 yesterday against the murder of Sindhi nationalists by the armed forces agencies. The main procession was held in Karachi where thousands wore black bands on the arms, took flags of the political parties particularly of Jeay Sindh and demanded a full stop to the murder of Sindhi nationalist by the Pakistani armed forces associated agencies. Thousands other gathered in Sukkur, Larkana, Hyderabad, Mirpurkhas and in almost all district headquarters of Sindh. large gatherings and protests were also reported from Tahsil (sub-district) headquarters and towns of Sindh. The protesters also demanded an end to the ethnic cleansing of Sindhis and in various cities demanded United Nations, international human rights bodies and international community to intervene against the ethnic cleansing of Sindhis Besides the protests, the Sindhis across Sindh also organized cultural activities.  News Sources: Daily Kawish and Daily Awami Awaz
