Children death toll cross 100 in Thar: Does military want to fail drought mitigation initiatives?

In the recent development 12 more children have died in Thar desert of Sindh. The death toll of children in Thar Desert has gone beyond 100. Read details in Sindhi daily Kawish The drought in Thar desert of Sindh is highly manageable. It has been well managed in last fifty years. Even the worst ever drought in Thar that came half of century ago, remember in Thar as 'Chhapno' was the less devastative. There are genuine concerns that the current situation in Thar desert is highly artificial due to natural resources management. It is assumed that military establishment wants failure of drought mitigating initiatives of Sindh Government to create good will of Pakistani Army among the residents of Thar. On the other hand, failure of governance  in Thar by Sindh Government is a reality. The health part of its responsibility lays with Mutahida Qomi Movement (MQM) because MQM was having the Ministry of Heath portfolio in Sindh for at least 20 years.
