In a very rare and no doubt strange move, Jama’at ul Dawa (JuD) held a protest in Badin city on the Palestine issue according to Sindhi newspapers. Badin, like other districts of the province, is liberal and secular however a significant population of Punjabi settlers is residing in one its Tahsil, therefore gradual inroads of JuD in the district cannot be ruled out.
