Nawab Akbar baloch
Hundreds residents of Dera Bugti district of Balochistan who were forced to quit the area by Pakistan's para-military troops after the assassination of Nawab Akbar Bugti, have made a come-back in the area yesterday by traveling on twenty-five vehicles. Around 70000 Bugti tribal people were forced to evacuee area during the military operation in Balochistan in 2006-7 under the military regime of General Pervez Musharaf. They also carried a dead body of the resident who was killed in Islamabad while protesting for their rights. These displaced persons were residing in the northern districts of Sindh and Baloch majority district Dera Ghazi Khan of Punjab. These people have attempted more than once earlier to enter their indigenous villages, towns and homes but Pakistan Army personnel resisted their entry in the district and sent them back.
