Peaceful strike across Sindh against tempering with medical investigations of Bashir Qureshi's poisoning, JSQM activists arrested

A peaceful strike was observed across Pakistan by Jeay Sindh Qaumi Mahaz (JSQM) against tempering with the medical investigations by the government of Pakistan and has demanded the international bodies to look into matter. Almost all cities and towns of the province remained closed and traffic either remained suspended or thin yesterday; however MQM strong hold district Central Karachi remained open. The districts of Karachi East, Malir, most parts of Karachi South remained closed. A large number of JSQM activists were detailed from various parts of the province. No incidence of violence reported from the province.
