Daily Times has reported that a Judicial Commission (JC), headed by Justice (retd) Zahid Qurban Alvi, on Monday directed forensic experts, concerned officers from Sindh Electric & Energy Department, Labor Department, Provincial Electrical Inspector and Chief Fire Officer Karachi to appear on September 18, 2012 along with their respective reports regarding causes of fire at the Baldia Town garment factory that killed nearly 289 people.
